I'm not going to promise you a hundred things again — I've already made too many promises I couldn't keep. So instead, here is what I will do:
My frustration from trading — or anything else — will never again become your burden. My problems are mine to carry.
A bad day, a losing trade, a bad mood — none of it will ever be an excuse for coldness again.
No more big words. Fewer promises, but ones I can actually stand behind.
Give you my time, my attention, and my patience — not the leftovers of my energy after everything else.
When I fail at something, I'll own it. No justification, no blame-shifting.
You were never responsible for fixing me. That's my job — and I'm finally doing it.
